How to modify and install N70 Hilux AC and hazard Switch on 9" Extnix Frame Fascia

Note: As with all aftermarket kits there may be a slight trimming required to suit the dash. 

(Please note - depending on individual skill level -> this frame may require professional installation ) 

Installation notes: 

Always Disconnect the Ground terminal of car’s battery before head unit installation

2005-2015

• All three air-con knobs come out first. 
• Behind the middle knob, there is a small Philips screw, which needs to be removed – fascia will just pull out afterwards as 4 plastic tabs hold it.

• Air vents from factory frame require relocation to the new frame
• 4 x Mounting clips require relocation to the new frame
• If AC & Hazard switches are sticky, please trim / sand the surround and bottom of holes by 1-2 mm.
• If AC & Hazard switches are loose when installed, please gently move out the holding clips slightly and use tape to hold them in position.
• Please install the sticker last after frame is installed in the car.

This kit is designed to suit universal trapezoid shaped radios such as various Android Head units, Pioneer DMH-AP6650BT, and Kenwood DMX80AXS, etc. It will not suit standard single DIN or double DIN sized radios.
