Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed from our Melbourne, Victoria warehouse.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping Carriers
EXTNIX ships orders using trusted courier partners including:
- Australia Post
- StarTrack, Fedex, TNT, Couriers Please, & DHL.
- Other authorised shipping partners depending on delivery location.
All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery due to the high value of our products.
Shipping Timeframes
In-Stock Items
Orders containing in-stock products are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Out-of-Stock / Pre-Order / Back-Order Items
Products listed as out-of-stock, pre-order, or back-order may require 2–4 weeks for fulfilment depending on supplier availability.
Estimated dispatch timeframes will be confirmed at the time of ordering where possible.
Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: up to 10 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed once the shipment has been handed to the courier.
Additional Fulfilment Locations
During busy periods, promotional events, or holiday seasons, some orders may be processed through authorised fulfilment partners or secondary distribution locations.
All orders will still include tracking information and insured delivery.
Multiple Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location.
Customers will receive tracking details for each shipment.
Re-Shipping Fees
If an order is returned due to delivery issues caused by incorrect information or failure to collect the parcel, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
A full re-shipping fee plus a $20 administration fee may apply if the order is returned for the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Recipient unavailable
- Delivery refused by the recipient
- Parcel not collected from the courier depot within the required timeframe
Orders will be re-dispatched once the additional charges have been paid.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact EXTNIX within 24 hours of delivery.
We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
