"Bought this headunit and installed it, instructions are basic with no information on much else than the plug and play side of it, ie the illumination wire that customer support advised vaguely how to connect but not where or in particular car, the amp control output also failed, I was advised of a second wire i could connect it too, when tested was also dead, therefore giving no real added features i was after with amp cotnrol ect, when I advised customer support of the issue with all. of their suggestions and asked if it could be an internal failure on the harness output as testing suggested it was, i received no further emails or correspondence and was left to solve th3 issue myself. The usb ports dont work but have received nothing on that. Ok for the price but definitely much better options available, would suggest this if your on a budget and have plenty of electrical know how, if you can afford something better definitely go that option"

"I bought this unit for my 2015 BT50 XTR as the factory unit is pretty ugly and pointless. I ordered the Extnix head unit in early December and received it withing a week. The kit contains everything from the reversing camera to the microphone and fascia plate and installation is a breeze. I find retailers show what kind of business they run when things go wrong and this is where Asad proved that he stands behind his product. I was having issues connecting the steering wheel controls to the head unit via the Canbus box and Asad was very patient with me (I'm a technophobe!) and over an hour we managed to source the problem and get it fixed up. I would not hesitate to buy from Extnix again and I wish the business the best of luck in the future. Garry P"
