Order Processing
All EXTNIX orders are processed from our Melbourne, Victoria warehouse.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST/AEDT, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted courier partners to deliver your orders, including:
- Australia Post
- StarTrack
- Other authorised courier partners depending on your delivery location
All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery due to the high value of our products.
Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: up to 10 business day
Please note: Delivery timeframes may be longer during holiday seasons or special sales events. All delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations and order volume. Tracking emails will still be provided for all shipments.
Additional Fulfilment Locations
During peak periods, promotional events, or high order volumes, some orders may be processed and shipped from authorised fulfilment partners or secondary distribution locations.
Regardless of the dispatch location:
- All orders include tracking information
- Shipments remain fully insured
- Delivery timeframes are communicated at the time of dispatch
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability or warehouse location.
Customers will receive tracking details for each shipment.
Re-Shipping Fees
If a shipment is returned due to delivery issues caused by incorrect information or failed collection, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
A full re-shipping fee plus a $20 administration fee will apply if the order is returned for any of the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided
- Recipient unavailable at the delivery address
- Delivery refused by the recipient
- Parcel not collected from the courier or postal depot within the required timeframe
Orders will be re-dispatched once the additional charges have been paid.
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you’re unsure about your postcode, suburb spelling, or delivery details, contact us before ordering.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact EXTNIX within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging where possible
- Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved
We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
